I have been bringing my dogs and cat there for years. Dr. Neil is great and his prices are fair.

The recetionist was very rude. Was tring to explain what happened to my dog and she started yelling at me before I finished explaining to her what I was calling for. She went as far as hanging up on me when I asked her name. So I jus called back and got her name when she answered the phone. When I asked why she was acting so rude she said, "that's what were trained to do." I was very dissapointed and glad I took my pets some place else.

I can not say much about the clinic its self. The receptionst was very rude, spouting off prices. Did not give me a chance to really tell her what the problem was with my cat and other services i was looking for. So for that, the have lost my business.
