Most employees are very nice and helpful, but.... Dr. Vandever misdiagnosed by pets seizures 3 visits over the course of about 10 days and my pet died. We tried to visit a 4th time but the "Doctor" was rude and basically told my wife to go somewhere else because he thought we were making...? The emergency clinic immediately knew it was brain related and tried to help, but the brain damage was already done. Stay away from Dr Vandever

Have always had a positive experience at the clinic. Staff very friendly and helpful-even when I had to have one of my beloved cats down, they were supportive and gave me the time I needed before the final procedure was administered.

I took my dog Tiger to Hales Corners. Dr. Dhillon came in and introduced himself. I was impressed that he actually took the time to listen to what I had to say regarding Tiger's condition. He gave him a very through exam. When it was time to pay the bill I came to see that most of the procedures were free. The ear cleaning, FREE. The nail trim, Free. Even to have the anal glands expressed was, you guessed it FREE! All this was included in the price of the exam. That's what I call excellent care. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend Hales Corners to any pet lover.
