Very unprofessional. We took our brand new puppy in because she had runny stool. The vet never tested the sample we brought in and just assumed that she had some sort of worms, but didn't test to find out what kind. He put her on de-wormer, which I found out later does not get rid of all kinds of worms. The runny stools never stopped so we got a second opinion. That new vet did a test on the sample we brought in and found that she had worms that would not have been taken care of by the de-wormer we were given. They were also shocked to find out that a vet didn't test our sample we had brought in since she is a new puppy. If the vet at this office would have just did a test on the sample like we had wanted in the first place, we would have not had to have a second vet check our puppy.

I can't without good faith to the well being of any furrrbabies that are at risk being treated at this facility not post a review...it is with sad heart because I don't like to be harsh, I try to find good, but this place is with the exception of a fragment of humanitarianism from one tech who tried to make a difference, this place is the scariest, most fraudulent, uncaring, non listening, unhelpful, unprofessional " medical doctor" , I have ever dreamed even existed! To be charged a fee for what was done to my Cornish Rex was a crime, and I only hope and pray for my friends justice and karma to pay a visit before somebody experiences a loss of a beloved baby due to this mans blatant negligence of basic standards of care of a sick cat...I just hope I can get help for mine somewhere else before it's too late now that I have paid money for absolutely NOTHING, but pure fraud. O I'm sorry but this was sad....just sad.

Wonderful clinic!! Great work and kind people!!! My puppy was still a little out of it after she was fixed, and... pee'd on their floor... They didn't even bat an eye at it!!! I highly recommend them for anyone who wants quality service and amazing people!!!
