amazing service, wonderful vets, down to earth, no freak out just good honest work. They are not trying to just get your money they are really committed to the animals. I took my kitty there when he had pink eye and i had called the UW vet and they said that he may have some eye infection that could spread to his body and do permanent damage and scared the crap out of me and then I called the Country side animal clinic and they said it was probably pink eye but wanted to check, they got me in first thing in the morning and it was only pink eye!

Warm, caring...so nice and understanding. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. This is a great clinic.

I have taken my animals to Countryside since 1987, and I would never go anywhere else. They are very caring and supportive. They are not the closest vet to me, but I would never dream of switching to another animal clinic!

It worries me that every time I go to this clinic, (past 5 years), someone different is up front. I would like to find a clinic that can keep their staff! When my pet got sick, I took him somewhere else. I need to be able to talk with people that know my pet! I have recently switched to another Madison clinic, though it costs a little more for annual visits, I know their care is consistent, and they know who we are. Why can' they keep employees? There has to be something going on there. I guess you get what you pay for.
