The fantastic Vets and Staff at Norwood take great care of our pets and us, too. From trying every tactic when clipping our dog's nails to make him more comfortable to the kind smiles and communication I receive every time I walk in the door-- the team at Norwood makes me feel at ease. I recommend Norwood to everyone!

I've been taking my pets there for about 12 years. I also do animal rescue and they have seen all of my own pets and many rescue dogs as well. Dr. Grebe always remembers my dogs and their little personalities and Dr. Janssen is really helpful and cares about my special needs animals. Whenever I call to make an appointment I know that I will be able to get in quickly and they normally run on-time, which is great!

We absolutely love Dr. Bach and Dr. Grebe! We have been using Norwood Clinic for over 17 years now. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They have taken great care of our puppies/dogs and cat. Whenever I have a question or concern they are always there for us. We had many different medical conditions that we've dealt with over the years, seizures, anxiety, cysts, heart murmur, delivering baby puppies. They have helped us through all of this and more. We highly recommend them to everyone..

When I was a kid, we always took our family pets to Norwood and always had great experiences. Now as an adult, even though I have another vet right down the road from my house, I still bring my pets to Norwood and everyone is always so friendly and extremely helpful. My cat had to stay for almost a full week once and not only did the people there make me feel completely comfortable when I came to visit him but my total bill when I was finally able to take him home was nowhere near as much as I expected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good vet.

My family started going to Norwood about 28 years ago when my mom bought us our first pet. Norwood was with us all along the way of his 18 year life through the care of Dr. Bach. I now take my own pets there. Dr. Jensen is the doctor that cares for my dog and both of my cats. I love that every time I call every one is so kind and explain things to me in terms I am able to understand. I have never had a negative experience there. The ladies at the front desk and the doctors there have seen me bring in my animals in tears and with a smile on my face and have always been compassionate. I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to any one.
