Just got my siberian husky puppy spayed her. Fantastic experience. Dealt with me and my frequent calls to check up on her. They even put the Vet who performed the surgery, who I believe is also the owner, on the phone with me and she went over everything with me and answered all my questions. They even let my puppy hang out outside after the surgury, which I really loved hearing. The receptionists seem like they have been there for awhile and know what they are talking about. Good, large, clean on the inside. Vets seem highly experiences. Great experience. Checked out a lot of places in the area, and this place stood out far above any others. Highly Recommend.

I have been a client of Dr. Diane Bennetts for many years now and she has watched over my Mona a Tabby, My Joey a white and black who looked like Toby, and now My Trouble who from kitten hood until age 13 when she chose me had another staff person, who was a friend of Dr. Bennetts. Trouble is now 15 with two teeth and doing excellently. Both Mona and Joey have passed over to the Rainbow Bridge, but the caring and compassion from not only Dr. Diane, but the entire staff as well as Sheila, Angie, Erin and Jackie makes this a family visit every time I stop in.

Vets are wonderful but it's the most expensive place I've ever been to.

I went here today when I thought my dog was going to die on me. I was hysterical and sobbing when I entered and the staff was very cold to me. I could not afford the entire cost of the surgery he needed to save his life, so I asked if they would accept a payment plan because I literally did not have the funds to cover the entire cost. They said no they absolutely would not do a payment plan..told me to go and apply for a credit card (what ??) and that was that. Oh ok, so I will just let my dog die while I am busy trying to apply for a credit card which will take days to be processed? After leaving, I found a great clinic who accepted my payment and the remaining payment from a family member over the phone. Surgery was paid for in full and my dog is alive, happy and healthy because of it. This clinic sucks and is staffed with a bunch of phonies. **I have never written a review but was so disturbed by their lack of care I had to share my experience to warn others.

As much as I'd like to rate them "Excellent", I couldn't help but get the feeling I was sold a little more than I went shopping for. My dog had an obious eye inflamation, yet we had to have a complete checkup before even examining the eye. Then there were 10 days worth of 3 different meds. The eye problem cleared up after a single treatment. I understand the economy is rough, but the professionalism of vets, dentists, family physicians, and others in whom we place so much trust, is badly degraded by their need to squeeze out as much business as possible from their clients.
