We used to see Dr. Bendixon here before he retired. After that happened, the new owner purchased the practice and I've come to understand that he has several facilities that he owns and he staffs with only 1 or 2 vets but rarely works there himself. Because of this, pretty much every appointment we've had here takes a ridiculous amount of time - wait time in the waiting room, wait time for the tech to see you in the little room - then more wait time for the vet to see you in the little room. It is always at least a 2 hour ordeal, and I do not have a dog with special needs or any major medical issues. I'm talking about vaccines, minor skin issues, etc. I am totally for small business and entrepreneurship - but service is so important. Full disclosure: the staff vet we've seen here is perfectly nice and I believe she is a good Dr. - she just doesn't have the support she needs I don't think. Either they need to have more than 1 vet there every day (there is always only one there, whenever I've been there) or space out their appointments more, so they don't get so behind. It's just a time suck. I've found a new place to go from now on.

Last month I noticed a bump on my Cats ear. I called Companion and asked to have it looked at. We found that we had a new vet named Dr. Dhylan. I was told my cat would need surgery on his ear. I am a first time pet owner and not only was I under the stress of my cat needing surgery but also going through finals in my collage classes. Dr. Dhylan and the staff at Companion Animal Health hospital made me feel more at ease about everything that Cash was going to have done. Over the next few weeks things came up with his ear. Every time I called they had me bring him right in and I didn't wait they took me right into a room and again made me feel that Cash was not only important to me, but also that they knew how important he was as a part of my family. They all gave him so much love. I want to say Thank you to all the staff at Companion for all the love you have shown to Cash and for making my stressful experience turn into a positive experience. I am so happy we have you at our clinic.

We began going to Companion Animal Hospital when we lived in New Berlin, but we continue to go there even after moving a few towns away. The staff is professional, kind, and personable. They treat our pets (we have a cat and a kitten) very well and do a great job diagnosing and treating them. We've only had one instance when we called and couldn't get an appointment in a timely manner, but we have had no other issues scheduling appointments and procedures. I highly recommend Companion!

I am so thankful for the timely manner of the staff at Companion Animal hospital. Your kindness toward myself and our little kitten made us feel so warm and welcoming. It means so much that you took your time explaining things to my husband and myself. Cant wait for you to meet our two Golden Retrievers
