I've always feel that Dr. Butler and his staff legitimately care for my dog, Sparky. I have also never felt the expense of great medical care was excessive or that the practice was "greedy." As a long time member of the Parkland family I can attest to the consistent friendliness of the staff and the expertise of the Dr. I will continually use this business because I trust them and I trust my dog with them.

Great care at the Parkland Plaza Veterinary Clinic. Both my husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Butler and his staff at the Parkland Plaza Veterinary Clinic. We have several pets and all of them have had medical issues in which Dr. Butler has always been thourough and gave our pets the best care. They had total recovery of everything and we were and have always been saticfied with all costs and services. I recommend this Doctor and Clinic to all my friends and family who are looking for great pet care.

Years ago (1999) was a great place, but they someone became very greedy - taking advantage of caring pet owners. Forget about saving that $8 in that coupon - that is like a two cents... They even charge you separately for a records fee of $14.95, office visit was $59, surgeries and teeth cleaning were ridiculously overpriced, and then to top it off I was charged for trimming nails that they didn't even do (I had trimmed them myself the day before). ANY WAY I suggest you go to Bluemound Animal Hospital, Brookfield, WI - priced right, excellent care!!!!

Doctor spent about 5 minutes with new kitten... $248 later, I am searching for a new vet in the area. (Ear mite & worm meds should NOT cost that much!!) Too bad they're so close to home.

I took my dog in for anal gland expression--it was $130!!! The Doctor told me they had overhead and it wasn't like he was "driving a BMW". I now go to a different vet that charges $18 for the expression and will spend more than 5 seconds examining my dog.
