The staff and docs at PVS are outstanding! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and everyone who works there clearly loves caring for animals. The vets are caring, competent and expereinced. I completely trust their care of my two dogs. Everyone is devoted to providing the best care possible to our animals.

Dr. Eli was so incredibly good with my Cheyenne. She was a black lab that had some issues. When we had to put Cheyenne down, Dr. Eli was so good to me. He sat with us and let us have time with her. The staff is wonderful and helpful as well. When we get another pup, we will definitely be back to Pewaukee Veterinary Service for all of our pet's needs.

This vet is overpriced compared to other clinics in the area and the care really isn't anything to write home about. Most of the staff is very friendly, especially one of the girls, Kayla, that works at the front desk. However, this vet also has one of the worst employees I have ever come into contact with. Her name is Cheryl K. She takes an attitude as soon as you don't want to do 100% of what she suggests, sometimes she even goes as far as trying to do what she suggests behind your back (ex, I told her I didn't want to purchase flea and tick medication because I purchased it elsewhere and still had some left, she charged me for some and stuck it in a bag with my dog's medication anyways, I had to return it at the front desk after the fact). She talks down to people and takes an attitude as if she thinks she is better than everyone else. She is not friendly towards pets either (most of the staff is always smiling and petting animals when they come in, but not Cheryl). Unfortunately one bad employee and high prices will keep me away and prevent me from recommending Pewaukee Vet.

The staff at PVS are wonderful, especially Dr. Greta and Stacey. They are always friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions we may have. We are happy with the care we receive at this facility.

Our dog Brewski is a regular at the vet -- He's had many, many health problems. This particular visit was due to an emergency, a dog bit him in the face and caused severe bleeding, and damaged his K9 tooth so badly, it needed to be extracted. Your staff was so accommodating to us, and Brewski. Even though we were both scared and worried for our dog, Dr. Tom and the staff made it as easy as possible. Not only the appointment and surgery went great, but the company works with us to be able to afford the surgery over time. After my husband lost his job, we've had to pay installments on Brew's medical needs, which have never, ever been questioned, and i cannot tell you how much that helps us! We don't have to worry about hounding phone calls, or dirty looks for having to pay over time. I would recommend this vet to all of my friends, and we have referred people over. It's just so nice to be part of a vet that understands that our dog is our priority, and we'd do anything for him. Thank you to Dr. Tom, and all the staff and PVS for being so incredibly nice, understanding and accommodating. It's unbelievably settling to know you all have our back!
