It is always so difficult to lose our little loved ones. I just lost a truly sweet old lady. Dr. Zilker was honest with what she felt was safe for her as far as her treatments. The last few months of her life were better. She was moving more and even gained a little weight. It is unfortunate that no matter how hard we try either as pet parents or the doctors we chose, things don't always work out the way we want them to. I am still sad and I still look for her in her chair. I still cry a week later. I think she gave her extra, more comfortable time. I will continue to trust her and her clinic with my little paws. I am very happy I tried them and continue to recommend them.
