Our experience was very positive. We had several health issues with our small multipoo and the vet was very competent in explaining the approach we would take to resolve. She spayed our little girl and even call herself a few days later to check on how our puppy was doing. I have not complaints and only positive things to say.

I dont know why people rate this place bad. I have taken vet tech classes, am a certified dog trainer, and I think I am pretty credible in saying I love this place. Dr. Zilker always gives me all the possible options and the pros and cons with each one explaining every step of the way. The other staff is also wonderful and very polite and understanding. I recommend this place and so does everyone in my area that goes here as well.

Dr Zilker and the staff at Token Creek Vet Clinic do an exceptional job in caring for our cats. They are all very compassionate people and offer a high level of professional care. We have used other vet clinics in the past and feel we have found a place that feels like home. Dr Zilker and the staff are very knowledgable in their field. We know we are receiving excellent care.

FATALLY INCOMPETENT. Don't take any chances or trust these bogus reviews that just "appeared" after I told the truth. Dr Zilker failed to perform simple diagnostics on our cat, such as feeling the abdomen, offering x-rays or a cystocentisis. She shoved us out the door with some antibiotics and no possible diagnosis. Two days and an emergency vet stay later, our cat was gone. Had she actually done her job, we may have been able to save him some pain. Thank you for nothing, Dr. Zilker. You are an embarrassment to your profession. Please learn some care and compassion and don't make another family suffer as we are.

DEAR MYLO, I am very sorry to hear about your cat. However, I have been taking my pets to Dr. Zilker for years, and have never seen any indication that she is "absolutely incompetent". She has always been nothing but caring, extremely knowledgable, thorough, and a fantastic veterinarian for us. She has never been pushy, but has always provided us with all of our options. I will continue to recomment her to all of my friends and family that are looking for a fantastic veterinarian, and will continue to take all of my pets to her. I have also lost a pet, and it can be very difficult. However, I must disagree with you in regards to the type of veterinary treatment one will receive from Dr. Zilker. She is a wonderful person and veterinarian.
