Every visit has been excellent. The care has been great, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the prices are very fair. They were also very compassionate when our parents' elderly cat became incurably ill and they chose to have her put down last year. They also offer to help put temporary claw caps on as an alternative to declawing for a reasonable fee.
I've only taken my cats there once, and it was for a relatively routine checkup. The service was efficeint, the staff was friendly, and they seemed to provide quality care. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other clinics in the area, but coming from a metro area, I found it very affordable.
