Dr. Khatter and her staff are true animal lovers. Over the past year and a half I have seen her for all 3 of my black lab mixes. She saved my 7 year old lab when he unexpectedly went into kidney failure -- almost one year later his kidneys are completely normal! Dr. Khatter has reasonable prices, is easy to get in touch with and is dedicated to keeping pets and owners happy. I highly recommend her and her office staff.

Excellent! East Towne Animal Clinic has superior care. Doctors and staff are extremely caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the Waukesha area! I took my cat here for emergency surgery and he beat the odds thanks to their devotion and hard work. My cat and I love going to this clinic.

I hate to say this because I thought they were friendly the first time I took my kitten in. However, when I took him back to have a surgery a week and a half later they called five hours after he was there to say he had fleas. And not just fleas but the adult fleas that were jumping off of him (as the doctor said). I asked how this could be the case when he didn't have fleas a week and a half ago at his first visit, and I haven't noticed any form of fleas in my apartment. The doctor was very vague and couldn't give a direct answer. So when I got home that night I searched for fleas around my apt. and on my other two cats, but there was not a flea to be found (thank goodness). But it seems shady that my kitten would somehow "have them" within 5 hours of going to this vet. Very displeased. I will not bring any of my animals here again.

While a customer of East Towne Cat Clinic for many years, I do not get a sense of care taken with cats with urgent issues. When I had a cat with a serious health care problem, my phone calls were not returned promptly and when they were returned the receptionist was patronizing and dismissive. I have no doubt of Dr. Pratt's capabilities, I think she is an excellent doctor, however getting through her gatekeepers could be detrimental to the health of your pet, in my opinion. I would recommend a proactive approach when working with this Clinic.

I have taken two of my cats to Dr. Pratt. One of them had a cancerous tumor. She removed the tumor, making sure to get all of it. My cat is still alive and well today because of Dr. Pratt. She is patient and listens to my concerns. I drive over a half hour to take my animals there because the care and knowledge is worth it.
