My cat had sudden and massive drooling, and was dehydrating fast late on a Saturday night. We took him here. The wait took a little while, but they presented us with several possible scenarios after the initial examination. They did blood tests at 1 am and although we spent a little over our initial limit ($200), we had high quality care, and our cat pulled through. Saved my cat's life + didn't cost too much made it a good experience for me.

My cat developed Diabetes and needed tests past the closing hour of my vet's clinic. The vet saw me at the emergency clinic and got my cat settled. Yes, there was only one vet but under the circumstances my case was handled in a timely and competent manner. Staff was very pleasant!

I took my cat in at 2am. Something was wrong with him and I didn't know what. They told me that he had urine crystals. I had no problem paying the money up front. I also had to leave him over night. I called the next day and could not get any answers. Finally around 1pm they called. He was doing great and I could pick him up the next morning. They called a few hours later and he was dead. I was told three different things by two different people, and the report read differently than what was told to me. After talking with other people, I have found out I am not the first person to have this happen.
