I would like to start by saying, I have been a client of Dr. Johnson for 30 plus years, and trust him and his staff completely. My concerns are always met with an honest answer and all of the staff have treated me and my entire family like one of their own. Their concerns for my pets are truly admirable and even if this is not my pets favorite place to come, I know they will be well taken care of. Also, Best Care grooming does a great job on both my dogs and the convenience of them being in the same building is a plus. Hats off to Dr. J, his staff at VCA, and the groomers at Best Care, I appreciate all you do for my pets!

Had a wounded dog today that needed to be seen quickly by a Waukesha veterinarian right away, and this was the first place I called. They told me they could provide animal care for my dog at their Sunset Drive facility that afternoon at 2:30. I rearranged my schedule and had to find someone to assist in transporting the dog there; and did, so my dog could be seen right away. I called back as instructed just a few minutes later to learn they were busy after all and had no room. This was inexcusable. My dog could have been seeing a Waukesha vet somewhere else while they wasted my time. Maybe they provide decent care to animals that have annual checkups, but if you ever need your dog, cat, or any other animal to receive veterinary services in Waukesha right away, go somewhere else...unless you just don't like your animal very much. Then by all means, let them make you wait. After my experience today, I wouldn't take my daughters stuffed animals there for treatment.

I started out going here with a cat who had been misdiagnosed at another vet. Dr. Stefani changed his life! He was on steriods and not doing well and now, with a correct diagnosis of food allergies and the right medication, he is doing great. Love Dr. Stefani! Also just had his sister treated for a dental infection by Dr. Johnson and loved his "bedside" manner, too. Professional and caring, both vets take great care of my two cats and I'm very happy to give them 5 stars. The staff are great, too! Thanks, guys!

VCA is a highly educated and super friendly vet clinic. My dog loves coming here! They have done a great job on the surgery my dog needed and cares for the needs of my dog. They have convenient hours of operation and are willing to answer all and any types of questions and concerns.

Dr. Johnson and the staff at VCA Associates in Pet Care have been taking care of our family pets for over 30 years. They take great care of our Westies and help the humans as well. The staff I always find helpful and friendly. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.
