This place is the best. Loved all the people that work there. They were so wise and very comforting and were great in every aspect of care. The doctor we had was amazing. Dr. Ben. Just amazing. Can't say enough good things about him and the receptionist was so nice and friendly and helpful too and his assistant was awesome too. Best care I've had. Wonderful!

Our beloved kitty had an abcess that ruptured on her side. She had a vet app. scheduled for the very next morning, but we decided to take her in to the ER Vet since we were so worried. There was no one else there and it took about 3 hours total. The receptionist was rude and the vet was quite unfriendly. She told us Smokie (our cat) needed a 500-700 $ surgery. We could not afford it that night, so we took her to our regular vet (St. Francis Animal Hospital on KK ave in St. Francis. I HIGHLY reccomend them.) and apparently, she absolutely did NOT need surgery, even though we were completely ready to get it for her (after borrowing money from family and selling 3 entire video game collections that my husband really loved, but he loves our kitty more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We took our cat in after hours on a weeknight because he was not eating and was just not acting like himself- very vague symptoms. The staff was able to diagnose him with pancreatitis and dehydration right away, and got him started on meds and fluids immediately. Before they did anything, they always typed up a printed estimate for us to see and okay, and they always presented us with our treatment options. The vets were amazing at explaining everything that was going on with him, and they called twice a day for the two days he was hospitalized (and encouraged us to call if we wanted to check in). They were extremely empathetic and did not make us to feel pressured or guilty for anything. When we left him there our only comfort was knowing that he was in the absolute best place and best hands with 24 hour care and suppport. The staff are all very friendly and kind, and we are so happy they were able to heal our cat! I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family member!

Not only was Dr. Gordon and staff amazingly proficient with my sugar gliders, but they were also able to help my 18 year old cat out when he was having issues with vomiting and diarrhea. This is the ONLY place I will take my sugar gliders to - whether it be for their check-ups or an emergency situation. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have exotic pets.

Mayfair Animal Hospital is great with my dogs! I have very nervous Chihuahuas and the veterinarian's are very sweet and take their time with them. If there are any issues the staff is very willing to call and discuss to correct any problems. They have great hours and have a nice, clean facility. Thanks for taking care of my dogs!
