I have been taking my dogs for boarding here for over 14 years. It's one of the most reasonable places in town as far as price is concerned, and the staff genuinely seem to care about the animals. We also take our dogs to the clinic, which is not cheap, but I believe is priced fairly, and the examinations are very comprehensive. Other places may give you a verbal assessment of your animal, but Dr. Schoep gives a written print out stating any problems and concerns that were found and the recommended treatments. I find that to be a nice touch.

I had taken my puppy to this clinic years ago for her first check up. The vet was very concerned about her and had stated that she is far too small for her breed. I allowed them to do many many tests (over $2000 on a 3 month old puppy). When the tests came back they never called me, just waited for me to call them. When I did call the vet was never available and would not return my call for days. Finally I had demanded that someone tell me what the tests showed and a vet tech took it upon herself to tell me that my puppy was in liver failure and I would have to put her down immediately to save her from the pain and suffering. I had gone and picked up my puppy's medical records and took them to another vet for a second opinion. The new vet had simply said "she's a runt, of course her lab values will off from the norm". My puppy lived to 10years old (very old for her breed).

A little expensive, but Dr. Jewell is amazing with Ruby. We also see Dr.Brosky and recommend her highly as well. They explain the pricing up front and are quite respectful. Exam rooms are clean, well-equipped and the lobby is large and comfortable.

I like Pahle very much. The vets have been great and very understanding of my financial situation. They accept Care Credit which is a must. Pahle has always been very helpful when I've need them for semi emergencies. Their prices are also much lower than my past vet in West Bend. I understand that the reception staff probably gets a lot of worried pet owners coming in. Sometimes I've been short with them and sometimes they are short with me. That would be my only complaint.

Vet, grooming, and dog camp is great. I especially love seeing the dogs interact during playtime! They have a wonderful variety of dogs that participate daily and the staff is so attentive.
