They are wonderful, very nice and they obviously love animals.

EXCELLENT PET CARE!!! THE BEST!!! I have been taking my pets to Parkdale for almost two decades and will happily drive a 100 mile round trip (or more if it ever comes to that) to bring my pets there, even if it is just for a routine check-up. The doctors are dedicated professionals, consistently at the top of their game and well-versed in the latest technology and treatments. Their comprehensive knowledge of new medicines and procedures has absolutely saved my pets' lives on more than one occasion. In addition to being professional, both the doctors and the staff are wonderfully compassionate; they always take the time to do an exam at a pace that the animal is comfortable with, and treat my pets with the same gentle handling and thoughtful attention to detail as they would treat their own pets. As a result the animal-patients in the waiting room are much calmer and better behaved than in any other vet's office I've ever been to. I also love that they have all been working together as a team for a long time; that fact alone reflects their integrity as well as provides a warm and comfortable "family" type atmosphere for what might otherwise be a much more stressful experience for my pets (and me!). Finally, the office and rooms are clean and bright, the fees are reasonable and the doctors always offer treatment options depending on your budget. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dale and his staff. They have definitely earned my respect and trust through the years, and I highly recommend them to everyone I meet.

A great facility to have in WB. They worked with me on billing (alt. tests, gen. meds) when my dog was ill (and I was out of work.) Took great care of my dog - he's happy and lively now. Kind, caring staff.

I took my cat there for the first time and am highly disappointed. I was there for a rabies shot and wellness exam. They charged me $9.50 to make ONE copy of his previous rabies record. The exam lasted 20 minutes and the bill totaled $87. I forgot the stool sample so I brought it in a different day and was told it was going to cost an extra $19.50. This was the most expensive exam I've taken my cat to, especially since the stool sample wasn't included in the exam price. I was also unimpressed with the exam (no ear check, no temperature taken) and the doctor, and found it weird when the doctor started kissing the top of my cats head. I unfortunately will be looking for a new vet for next time.
