If you want a good vet in Berkeley Springs. Dr. Roberts is the guy! He is very caring about the animal's well being. He is a great person. Is very detailed about the problem you pet is having and will be very truthful about what he thinks should be done. The staff is also excellent and caring. I would always recommend taking your pets there.

We have been through a lot with Dr Roberts and the staff at the hospital. Through it all -- from helping us with our"rescue" pets Nattie and Buster, our cat and most recent dog, to discovering Lymes disease in our beloved dog Max, to putting down our sweet old cat Colonel -- they have all been the epitome of compassionate and professional. When Colonel was at her end, Dr Roberts asked if I had a "connection" to her that would indicate what she wanted. I still don't know if that's what she wanted, but he made me feel that our choice was the right one. He always explains exactly what is going on, even if I don't always understand. His staff is the best. My only complaint is that sometimes it's hard to schedule appointments, but I'm sure that's only because he's so popular.
