Ive been a customer of this clinic for several years and I have spent thousands of dollars here, but their prices have increased and their customer service has plummeted. I called asking them to meet a competitors price or to please fax or call in a prescription to 1800petmeds because I simply cannot afford to pay their prices anymore for routine treatment. I was told theyd be happy to fax my pets records to another vet....they were VERY RUDE! I was really disappointed to be treated so poorly after being a loyal customer for so long. If you value being treated with respect, this is not the vet for you.
